Who We Are
Jan Jagaran Youth Club (JJYC) is a national non-governmental, non-profit, and independent organization led by youth dedicated to the development of Nepal’s Terai and Madhesh region. Founded in 1998 by a group of motivated youth from Telkuwa VDC, JJYC now operates across Province 2, including Parsa, Bara, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Dhanusha, Siraha, Saptari, and Mahottari districts, as well as in Morang, Makawanpur, and Bardiya.
For more than two decades, JJYC has focused on sustainable livelihood, entrepreneurship, health, sanitation, education, women’s empowerment, good governance, disaster risk reduction, and humanitarian support.
